VISIT TO GATLINBURG TN

WHITE WATER RAFTING





We went on the adventurous side and went white water rafting on the Pigion River.

VISIT TO THE SMOKEY MOUNTAINS







The whole family made it for a vacation to the Smokey Mountains in Tennessee.
We stayed in a very nice cabin just outside Pigeon Forge.

BILLY THE EXTERMINATOR







The Schneider's of Milcrest hosted a Billy the Exterminator party.
Until the invite, I didn't know who Billy was. It was very interesting to say the least.
It was an evening of mullets and skulls.

CELTIC FESTIVAL





Last weekend included a stop at the Celtic Festival in Dayton, Ohio.
We tried some bangers and mash and checked out the sounds of the bagpipes.

TRIP TO NAPLES, ITALY






I visited Naples, Italy last month. The visit included a lot of local dining, golfing in a dormant volcano, tour of the lost city of Pompeii and a climb of Mt Vesuvius.

VISIT TO ANTALYA, TURKEY







My trip to Turkey included shopping, eating and of course, golf.

VISIT TO BAHRAIN






During my stop in Bahrain, I golfed in a sand storm and had dinner at the Meat Co.
On then menu was Mozambique style chicken livers.

VISIT TO DUBAI







While on deployment, I visited Dubai two times. Both times included golf.
I visited Ski Dubai; however, I did not ski. Too many injuries on the ship.

It was delicious. Pork, plantains and rice.....very good!

IKE HOME COMING





Well, the IKE finally made it home after being deployed for 7 months.
Due to lack of internet bandwidth and Operational Security, I've been away from the blogosphere for a while. I plan on updating the site with post from my adventures around the world. Stay tuned.
